| How do I use my instant discount voucher? Simply print out the voucher, and take it into the retailer listed for your instant discount. |

| How can I get more entries into the quarterly draw? | |
| You can gain additional entries into the quarterly draw by inviting friends to join up to inthebox.co.nz. Every friend you invite, who then goes on to sign up to inthebox.co.nz, will gain you an additional entry into the major quarterly prize draw. | |
| I'm going away for a while, will I still be in the draw? | |
| In order to be in the weekly draw you must complete that week's survey. If you miss a week or two, you will still be eligible for the quarterly draw, every survey completed during that quarter earns an entry into the quarterly draw! If you are going on holiday, you can login, click 'Take a break' on the top menu bar, and pause your account while you are away. | |
